What are the eligibility criteria to join the Face of Royale program?
The Face Of Royale Impero program is open to all registered users on the www.royaleimpero.com website. Also, make sure you follow us on Instagram!
Do I have to pay to join this program?
No, it is absolutely free and there are no hidden charges.
How long does it take to have my profile approved?
Usually within a week to 10 days! Once your profile is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email notification from us. Plus, you will receive a welcome email with detailed instructions and guidebooks on how to be Face of Royale so that the process is smooth for you.
Why didn't my profile get approved?
There could be a variety of reasons why you may not have been approved. It is usually because we were unable to verify
your information, or you may already have an account.
Can I apply again if I was rejected once?
We are sorry .We accept only one application per email address. And rejected email addresses are not eligible to apply again.

Will I get technical support as a Face of Royale Impero?
Once you are on board, you will be able to access the Royale Impero Affiliate Dashboard. This is an easy platform to help you:
• Manage your account
• Monitor your performance reports
• Create a product page link you want to showcase
• Share these links across your social media channels
Promote your Royale Impero code/links on Facebook/Instagram posts, stories, reels, WhatsApp, YouTube descriptions, and Telegram.
What kind of discount can I offer to my audience on Royale Impero products?

purchase on www.royaleimpero.com.
Where can I see order details that are placed using my code/link?
You can see it on your Face Of Royale Impero dashboard! Simply go to the analytics tab to track all the metrics related to all
activities carried out using your code/links.
How is my commission calculated?
Your commission is calculated on the final order amount placed (without shipping & tax) using your affiliate code/link.
Please note that the final commission payout will be after deducting TDS.
Will I still get my commission if a customer returns or cancels the order?
The commission would be calculated on every successful or completed order placed by your audience only. If a customer's
order is unsuccessful/returned/rejected/cancelled, the commission earned for it would be cancelled.
I need to raise an invoice. What is your payment cycle?
Here's the process for our payment cycle:
• You need a minimum commission amount of *5000 to raise the invoice.
• The invoice needs to be raised before the 2nd of every month for the commissions recorded in the previous month.
. Once you raise the invoice, process the in 30 days.
What documents would be required to process the payment?
We will require your bank details, PAN card, a cancelled cheque/passbook, and CST certificate if any.
The amount on my dashboard is not the same as my payout amount! What to do?
If there is an amount difference, it could be for the following
reasons:
• The dashboard updates every 24-48 hours. Please wait for the stipulated time period before checking an order update.
• If there is still a discrepancy, it could be because cancelled or returned orders are not reflecting on the dashboard.
• Also, orders that have not yet been paid will show as pending until the payment is done
Are the reports updated in real-time on the dashboard?
It takes around 24 -48 hours for the analytics to get updated.

Royale Impero Face of Royale PROGRAM
TERMS & CONDITIONS
FACE OF ROYALE PROGRAM REGISTRATION
The Face of Royale program is Royale Impero's affiliate program which is open to registered users on www.royaleimpero.com
FACE OF ROYALE AFFILIATE
The Royale Impero Face of Royale is associated with the Company only for the particular event/period as stipulated in this Agreement. He/She is not an employee of Kedharlifestyle collective/Royaleimpero.
• The Royale Impero Face of Royale will be given a commission on the actual net invoice value. The returns will be accounted for as per the Company's policy.
• All commercials will be as per CST and tax laws.
• Royale Impero Face of Royale will be given a unique code offering of 15% discount to their audience. The sales data for the UTM link & code will be Royale Impero Face of Royale at all times for better transparency.
All information shared with the customers/followers regarding the products & the brand will be as per the guidelines given by the Company.
• The Royale Impero Face of Royale will not solicit new business using the name of the brand or the name of the Company unless written permission is granted by the Company to do so.
• The Company shall have the right to withhold payments post-issuance of the termination notice to the Royale Impero Face of Royale.The said withheld payments will only be processed after any loss or liabilities if any occurred on the Company due to Royale Impero Face of Royale are settled.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Company shall make the payment within 30 working days from the date of the invoice being generated by the Face of Royale by way of Bank Transfer.
CONFIDENTIALITY (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
The Face Of Royale shall not disclose to any third party or use any Confidential Information of the other Party (the "Disclosing Party") in any manner whatsoever. All information exchanged of any nature whatsoever under this Agreement is confidential.
AMENDMENT
No change, amendment or modification of any provision of this Agreement shall be valid unless outlined in a written instrument signed by both the parties. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and supersedes any and all prior agreements, written or oral, of the parties concerning the transactions set forth herein.
TERMINATION
The Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in the following
circumstances:
• For breach of any of the terms of this Agreement (express or implied), a notice period of 10 days would be given by the Company prior to such termination;
• In cases where any act done by the Face of Royale is prejudicial to the interest of the Company and/ or its associates/affiliates and/or the content and/or is defamatory under the laws of India, the Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement without notice.
• In the event of termination of this Agreement, the affiliate shall return all the Confidential Information to the Company and shall immediately cease to promote the products of the Company.
